Good location if you are young and Anne

Location very close to MTR station. I went to London some years ago and I am sure I found Baker St with Holmes and Watson a lot easier. Like most properties stairs stairs and more stairs. I did appreciate that larger room but with no elevator almost impossible if you are not young and able.

Big and comfortable room!

Big and comfortable room! Very nicely decorated and quiet location..

Inside an alley which can be a little creepy.. There is no lift and entrance is a little cramp when there are a lot of people or bags

A fab hotel

The boss is great, really nice guys. His staff are amazing too, one doesn’t speak English but she’s still friendly. There are always staff on hand that speak it. The room is large, modern and cosy with a London Theme.

Convenient place in Tainan

Decent size room in a quiet backstreet in a nice neighborhood, close to the train station.

No towels provided, bathroom very basic. No housekeeping whatsoever done. Overall quite expensive for what it is.

Thank you to the kind young guy staff member who tried to help me locate my Taiwan number by ringing the company and trying to sort that out for me. Was helpful when he could of said no. Also the bed was the softest I've ever slept on in 2 years travelling Asia. Thank you again.

Good CP value room

Good bed ! And good location , about 10min walking from Tainan train station. not far to mall and some tour sites.

The drain system in the shower room doesn't work well. And I guess some people don't like the shower room with frosted glass.

Wouldn't recommend

Quiet location, down the end of a laneway, was difficult to find at first, but it was very quiet at night.

The bathroom in the room was so tiny it was difficult to shower, we were given hand towels to shower with. We had to ask for larger bath towels. Did not like our stay here at all.

not suitable for elderly , or ppl without teansport.

one of the staff was helpful with the washing machine at the 4th floor . whereas the counter staff was not reluctant to help when needed. rmb to change coins for the washing machine.

when i first check -in. we were asked to remove our shoes as its not allowed in the inn . you have to being your shoes to the room after registration. check in only @4pm. The room , was quite spacious for 2. but because there's sensor in the room for the aircon , for the toilet . which is really irritating . everytime you open the door to go out , it will automatically OFF. like could you imagine , how many times you will need to on it , if u go out just to find you friend in the next room. or out just to check some stuff. the place is located in a very small lane. not recommended if u do not have transport. at night it's quite dark. overall. i would not come to this inn to stay as the price can be compared to a cheap hotel. there's no lift in the inn. so be prepared to climb the stairs up and down if u stay on the upper floor.

Stylish design.

Stylish design. The room decoration is nice. Room size is good enough for 2 people. I like the small sofa in the room which give us an extra space to rest.

The toilet is very small and not clean. The water faucet is not functioning well. There is no separate space for shower and toilet. So when you shower the whole bathroom floor will be wet. The staffs are not as friendly as the comments mentioned before by other travelers.

Its near the train station but still requires some walking, just a point to note if you have heavy luggage.

recommended only for a short stay

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped with all the questions I had. I got some recommendations for restaurants and a place to have breakfast in the morning. The hotel is located very close to the train station which makes it easy to reach the hotel by foot. Hotel had sent detailed information how to find the place which made it real easy. The bedroom was nicely decorated and had a good size.

The bathroom does not match the pictures shown on booking.com. It is quite "old" looking and needs definitely some work. The water was dripping out of the very small sink. Bending over to brush teeth you almost hit the wall. There was no room service at all … meaning the basket with the "used" toilet paper was not emptied which was not very nice as the bathroom did not have any window. The air-condition device which is installed outside makes quite some noise which you can hear in the room. If you have a room close to the reception which I had … you can hear people talking as well. Since I booked the hotel a night before I checked in booking.com had lowered the price per night but seeing the "original" price I do not think this place is good value for money as no breakfast is included and due to missing room service.
